Booking Terms & Conditions

Gift Voucher Validity

* Gift vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase. You can extend a voucher by 3 months for £30 through our shop.

* All experiences must be booked and completed before the voucher expiry date.

* Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended unless agreed in writing.

Booking Your Experience

* All experiences are subject to availability.

* Your booking is confirmed once a date has been agreed by both parties.

Changes to Your Booking

* With 72 hours' (3 days') notice or more you can move your booking to a new date. Within 72 hours the date can't be moved, but you can change the name on the booking for free

Our public half-day sessions run on Saturdays. Groups of 3 or more trucks can book midweek (Tuesday to Thursday): just call, email or message us.

*A half-day voucher will start at 10 am until 1 pm. That's a whole 3 hours of getting down and dirty on our muddy good fun off-roading track.

Vehicle Availability: While every effort is made to operate all experiences as planned, off-road vehicles work in demanding conditions. If a vehicle develops a mechanical fault before or during your session, we reserve the right to substitute another suitable vehicle, amend the itinerary or reschedule the experience if necessary. This will not entitle participants to compensation beyond the rescheduling of the affected experience.
